July sales were strong despite lower then average inventories.
Monthly Residential Sales in Grayson County were the highest month since I began recording in 2001.
Sales are still strong.
Residential sales continue to be strong in the mid and lower price ranges. Inventory for homes less then $150,000 is low.
Despite low inventories sales remain strong.
February continue to show strong sales with low inventory. As noted in the illustration below this is especially true for properties less then $150,000.
January was a record month with the most residential sales for a January since I began recording sales in 2001.
2016 was a record year for Grayson County.
Sales are still at record levels despite low inventories.
As previously noted residential sales in North Texas are strong with low inventories.

August was a strong month for the market. The upper end continues to be slow.
June sales continue to be strong below $300,000. Sales above $500,000 are slow. There were no sales over $1,000,000 reported in the MLS system. Data for this report is for residential properties listed in the MLS system.
